Jawa 350/639 - Gasoline Tank Valve Upgrade (HD)

The original gasoline tank valve we did refurbished 2 years ago together here

is leaky and there is no point to maintain it again. Rather than that, we will replace it for an old school tank valve, that requires no internal sealings at all. I know it's impacting the originality of the motorcycle, but it's really bad if every so often one sees overfloated carb and gasoline under the bike (yes, the carbs needle valve also doesn't seals perfectly). So the oltimer guys may forgive this step.

TOOLS:
13 mm nut with ratchet for the tank release
pliers for the valve release
thread cutting tool M14x1,5 (stage 2 and 3)
tap wrench
gasoline draining box
rag
gloves

MATERIAL:
thread glue
some kind of sealing, the best would be the in thread sealing like hemp yarn
