With the sounds of rain at your window and a gentle thunderstorm in the background you will be lulled to relaxation, calmness and peace in this Guided meditation for sleep. As you hear the soothing body scan sleep meditation you will progressively feel that you can let go of overthinking and any negative thoughts. You can relax both your mind and body as you scan your way through each area.
The thunderstorm and the rain on a window sounds will help calm your mind and bring a sense of grounding to the present moment. I recorded this storm in the middle of the night when I was awoken with a clap of thunder so I got my camera out and here is what you see in this video.
I hope that the guided sleep meditation part of this video helps you to relax enough to sleep and that the sounds and visuals aid in being a good distraction. Thunderstorms are a thing of awe and I, myself find them very calming.
