Huat Kuih tutorial video

Huat kuih is a popular traditional steamed rice cake. It is also often known as sweet rice cake or bai tang gao (白糖糕) in the Chinese language. There are multiple variations which include cupcakes in different colours. It is both sweet and light in texture. The common basic ingredients used are rice flour, sugar and coconut wine. Yeast is being used to replace coconut wine when coconut wine is not available
