Southern Bluefin Tuna Salad 🐟
In the main video, I'm using lean frozen southern bluefin tuna, but of course chutoro works just as well—and honestly, you could even use bluefin tuna if you like. It does become a battle with the price, though 😄
In the second part, l'll be plating it properly and bringing the dish together, so please look forward to it!
