The Numbers Below Start With These Exercise In Its Same Order Pull Dip Push. Any Number You Do On The Pull Up You Do On The Dip & Then It’s Doubled On The Push Ups Since Push Ups Are Deemed To Be The Easiest Exercise In Calisthenics Out Of Pull Dip & Push. This Set Is To Be Done For 10 Sets Under One Hour All Unbroken. This Will Show You What Level You Are On. If You Are In Between Pre-k & Kindergarten Than Here Is An Example. 6/6/12 Or 8/8/16 If You Are Not In Pre-K Then 2/2/4 Or 3/3/6. As We Said Above Pull & Dip Are The Same Number Then Double That On Push.
