Hey my loves, and welcome to week 2 of the Strong and Balanced plan! Today we’re using two light to medium sets of weights, a yoga block, and optional ankle weights. Can’t wait to level up last week’s workout with you. ☺️💪

This series is built around progressive overload, meaning each week we’ll build on the last: adding new sequences, extending intervals, or adding a prop to keep your body challenged in the smartest way. By the end of the month, you’ll feel stronger, more stable, and more confident in every movement.
