Norwich 10k Race Win! Tough Conditions but a Win is a WIN!! 3X:XX!!

What a day at the Norwich 10K 🏃‍♀️💨 Hot, hilly, and windy!! Not the easiest conditions to race in! I didn’t hit the time I wanted (34:30), but that’s running. Sometimes the clock doesn’t tell the full story, you have to read the conditions, trust the data, and know when you’ve given your absolute best.

My heart rate was sky-high, the effort was there, and I couldn’t have worked any harder. I’m proud of this performance, because I know it was my best effort on the day.
