In this week 34 update of my fitness journey, I talk about how I fit into a size 2 dress!! When I was in South Carolina, we visited my Aunt's house and I ended up trying on my cousin's dresses. I love this style of dress, so I tried it on, and yes, I did have to squeeze a bit, but it did fit!! In this update I also talk about how my diet has not been the best, because of being out of town and my birthday. If you're on a workout journey, try on clothes you don't normally wear, it may inspire you, and make you feel really good about yourself! #BodyPositivity
