Um verdadeiro símbolo histórico de Portugal, o Castelo de Óbidos está completamente restaurado nos dias de hoje, sendo este um dos mais belos castelos em atividade.
Este Castelo foi mencionado como uma das Sete Maravilhas de Portugal em 2007.
Vila é uma extensa obra de arte talhada, reconstruida ao longo de vários séculos.
Dentro de muralhas, encontramos um castelo bem conservado e um labirinto de ruas e casas brancas que encantam quem por ali se passeia.
A famosa Ginjinha de Óbidos, que se pode apreciar em vários locais, de preferência num copinho de chocolate.
Pelourinho de Óbidos, foi construído no século XV e mostra numa face as armas da Rainha D. Leonor.

O Mercado Medieval volta a Óbidos, entre 17 e 27 de Julho, subordinado ao tema “Entre o mito, o amor e a tragédia”, para reviver a lendária história de amor de D. Pedro e D. Inês de Castro.
Bastam poucas horas para percorrer todo o vilarejo.
A vila medieval de Óbidos é uma das mais pitorescas e bem preservadas de Portugal.

Óbidos was built by the Celts in 308 BC.
A true historical symbol of Portugal, Óbidos Castle has been completely restored today, making it one of the most beautiful active castles.
This Castle was mentioned as one of the Seven Wonders of Portugal in 2007.
The village is a vast work of carved art, rebuilt over several centuries.
Within the walls, we find a well-preserved castle and a maze of streets and white houses that enchant those who stroll through there.
The famous Ginjinha de Óbidos, which can be enjoyed in many places, preferably in a chocolate cup.
The Óbidos pillory was built in the 15th century and displays the coat of arms of Queen Leonor on one side.

The Medieval Market returns to Óbidos, between July 17th and 27th, under the theme “Between myth, love and tragedy”, to revive the legendary love story of D. Pedro and D. Inês de Castro.
It only takes a few hours to travel around the entire village.
