Mussels are incredibly delicious and easy to prepare but a lot of people are hesitant to cook them because they're unfamiliar with this delicious little bivalve and lack the confidence that they're not going to give themselves food poisoning.
Never fear! In this video I'll cover each step of cooking mussels. Starting with how to clean and prepare them, how to cook them and how to serve them at their best. (and sort of how to eat them).
While I could've demonstrated all of this in a simple, classic mussels recipe I wanted to try out this spanish chorizo mussels situation I've been developing lately. Hope you give this a shot and enjoy it as much as I did x

1kg Mussels
150g Chorizo
250ml Beer
1/2 Green pepper, diced
1/2 Red pepper, diced
2 nSpring onion, sliced
4 Garlic cloves, sliced
1 tbso Paprika
