These scones are are so tasty and very adaptable. Just use what fruit, nuts, chocolate, herbs etc that you have in your cupboard to make a very flavoursome treat.
You can also freeze the cut out dough for baking later, if you are a small household which wouldn't consume a full batch on the day of baking.
