Ingredients:
1 lb lasagna noodles
1 lb Ground Meat (Turkey, Beef or Sausage will all work)
2 cans of Tomato Sauce
1 can Italian Diced Tomatoes
1 6oz can Tomato Paste
5 Tbsn Italian Seasoning
2 Tsp garlic Salt
1 Tsp fresh ground pepper
1/2 Tsp Sugar
1/2 lb Cream Cheese (room temperature)
1 pint Ricotta Cheese
2 cups mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup parmesan Cheese
Directions:
1. Pre-heat your oven to 375 degrees and bring a large pot of water to boil and cook the lasagna noodles.
2. In a large frypan over medium heat, breakup and brown the ground meat.
3. Add the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and tomato paste to the pan and stir until well incorporated.
4. Add the seasonings and stir to mix, then simmer for 10 mins
5. in a 13x9 casserole dish, add a thin layer of red sauce to the bottom and then layer lasagna noodles, cream cheese, ricotta cheese, red/meat sauce and top it with mozzarella.
6. Repeat until you fill the pan or run out of noodles.
7. top with the remaining mozzarella and the parmesan cheese.
8. bake for 30 minutes at 375.
9. Let stand for 10 mins before serving.
