Any ideas what’s up with these CrazyF405 boards?
The original one I bought “best board” is the only one that I haven’t had any issues with.
Even the brand new one has said telemetry loss a few times randomly. And looking at the RSSI numbers (which I don’t really know the meaning of) they are not the same.
For the bottom video, “OG BAD T” board was a mob 8 lite I bought and right from the start constantly says telemetry lost and recovered, the RSSI numbers and LQ are way low.
Originally makerfire sent me a brand new replacement crazyf405 board, soldered power lead on and the board powers on connects to betaflight but will not bind no matter what method I try. (The ELRS antenna was pretty mangled on that brand new repayment board but it’s just a copper wire so that should matter)
So out of 4 CrazyF405 boards I have got, only 1 is problem free. It is also the one running the oldest version of betaflight out of the 4.
Any ideas what’s wrong with them?
Are these products just junk with no quality control?
Any other similar board I can use for a 2s tiny whoop that has plug and play motors and the plug for the DJI 04 air unit? (Don’t want to solder)
