My Year 2025

When I started this video series, it was really just planned videos in which I tried to make the year appear in epic proportions, invoke the major feelings, and portray the highlights and grandest moments of the year. These videos have become increasingly solemn. Increasingly mundane almost. Recently I usually long to capture more of the solemn feelings of day to day life and what life looked like in general the past year. To me now they're more of a lament for the time that has passed and the beauty that has come and gone. My mental state the past few years has been one of great trial, I've been searching for meaning within myself when feeling utterly lost. My faith has held me together, I always have God of course but until we've reached heaven's door His fullness we can't be allowed. And so through the battle we face to win back unto His love, I have been stormed by the enemy and brought low. It takes a long time to build up strength sometimes. A long time. But God is with us and has never left. There has been countless blessings, so much beauty, love and support the past year. I hope that I can always be gracious for all the wonderful things I have been undeservedly bestowed. I made a focus this past year to record footage with more beauty and elegance. And hopefully quality.
