How are you doing today?
Today I would like to share with you my 5 am calm morning routine. You will see my morning ritual in my slow simple living life. I don't always wake up at 5. Sometime 6 am even 7am, depends how my night was and how I am feeling. It is hard with kids to predict anything 😊
Ideally I would like to have even more time in the morning to read or to do something else, but sleep is very important for me. If I don't sleep 7-8 hours I don't feel well rested. My ritual is very simple and ordinary, but I am happy I have them back in my life.
