ABOUT STEVE GARCIA

Steve Garcia, Ed.D., first became interested in how leaders drive organizational performance when he worked at Nortel Networks and had a front row seat to the company's explosive growth and historic collapse. He went on to co-found Contemporary Leadership Advisors, a leadership and organizational effectiveness firm that helps companies like J&J, Zoom, and PepsiCo build faster, higher-impact and more adaptive organizations. His work has won numerous awards, including the Brandon Hall Gold Award for Executive Education.

ABOUT DAN FISHER

Dan Fisher, Ph.D., is a co-founder of Contemporary Leadership Advisors where he has advised senior leaders and their teams from some of the world's top investment firms and companies, such as Google, Goldman Sachs and Zoom. Previously, Dan was a founding member of AlixPartners' leadership and organizational effectiveness practice. He is a clinically trained trauma and forensic psychologist and gained invaluable insight working as an attending psychologist on New York Hospital's world-renowned Burn Unit and in the New York City Court System.
