the calm beyond the storm

there is a calm, an eternal stillness that can always be found

no matter how intense the storm of your inner world, see if you can remember that in you that is untouched by this

there is that in you which can witness the elemental world, the world of sensations, physical, mental, emotional or whatever other sensations or experiences you may have

you always have the opportunity by going through enough of the sensational world until you uncover and remember that which is beyond it, untouched by it, always still and from there you will still be fully part of the sensational world, fully experience the physical, mental and emotional sensations a but also always have in recognition, that which does not get touched by them

so you may experience full sadness and excitement but beyond these experiences you start to see the middle point of these experiences, which is a peaceful still you, unmoved by the polarity of the elements, because you as the witness are that which holds the elemental world, but is not a part of it
