I've been on another SRB2 kick lately, so I decided to record some more SRB2 videos. And since Sol Sestancia received an update several months back (and I hadn't played it yet), I figured—eh, why the heck not?

To keep this playthrough distinct from others on YouTube—and even my own earlier one—I decided to use the BuddyEx mod. Roger's original cutscenes showed Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Amy all running the adventure, after all, and it wouldn't hurt to have the gameplay match what was intended.

This time around, I took my time and slowed down a bit to see the sights and listen to as much of the dialogue as I could. I'm really impressed by how much heart Roger puts into his level packs, especially with all the art and textures. I hope he'll continue to make interesting addons for SRB2 for a while to come—I'm always looking for more excuses to play this game!

Many addons were installed for this playthrough, and will likely be standard for my SRB2 videos going forward. So don't be too surprised by when they crop up again; a lot of them are too fun not to use, honestly.
