This reformer workout for glutes and thighs will work the lower body by targeting the main glute muscles, the quadriceps and harmstrings as well as the inner thighs muscles and the core.
This reformer pilates workout for glutes consists of intermediate movements on the reformer using the magic circle.
We'll be doing bridges, hip lifts, unilateral bridges and finish with feet in straps and a nice stretch.
You can still follow along and do most exercises without the circle.
