Hiking the South Downs Way 2023

Here is footage I shot of my recent hike of the South Downs Way from Winchester to Eastbourne.
I planned to wild camp the entire way and complete in around 5 days. But being a novice and with the storm that hit on 11th & 12th of April, it took me a total of 7 days to complete! I mainly stayed in Hotels & Hostels, met some amazing people and saw some amazing scenery along the way.
I was in constant pain from day 2 due to forming some pretty nasty blisters, so when the storm hit on the 11th, I was in bad shape! Hence not much footage of that day!! However, I did make it. It was an incredible journey.
Big shout out to @HazeOutdoors for inspiring me to do this. I love watching his videos and if you like stuff like this you should check definitely him out.
Massive thanks to all at the Blue Bell in Cocking, the Black Horse in Amberley, the YHA's in Truleigh Hill & Southease, and finally Deans Place in Alfriston. Everyone took an interest in what I was doing and gave me plenty of encouragement to keep going.
Oh and thanks to my Mum and Dad! And also sorry to Mum as I expect you were worried the whole time!! 😂
