Welcome back to Episode 9 of Mission: Sub 40! 🏃♂️
After resetting and planning the next phase, it’s time to get back to basics. This week I’m rebuilding the foundation — focusing on consistent weight training, gradually increasing weekly mileage, and bringing back the long runs, including a solid route from Northwich to Knutsford.
▶️ In this vlog: I share how I’m structuring my training right now, balancing gym work with running volume, and building the aerobic base that’ll set me up for the next push towards that sub-40 goal.
