Jacob Lord - H2O - 2025 | Sound score composed to excerpts of Ralph Steiner's "H2O"
"H2O", a film exploring "water in all its forms", was created by Ralph Steiner in 1929 and added to the Library of Congress' National Film Registry in 2005. This sound score was composed in 2025 by Jacob Lord as their final project for their Sonic-Visual Aesthetics course. The score aims to reinterpret and recontextualize the original film through conjunctive and disjunctive sound.
