La pasta Venere è un'ingegnosa furbata di marketing perché in verità è una semplice pasta integrale di semola di grano duro al 75% con SOLO il 25% di farina di riso Venere, per cui il nome trae decisamente in inganno. Io l'ho comprata e testata come gusto; per me NON passa il test della "novità" e per chi come me mangia pasta integrale da più di 15 anni, ha il gusto di una semplice pasta integrale e della farina di riso, manco la traccia nel gusto. Avrebbero dovuto farla TUTTA di farina di riso Venere e questa sarebbe stata le vera novità per l'Italia. PS: NON sono pubblicizzata da nessuno, faccio video critici o meno solo su cose che ritengo opportune!//Venere pasta is an ingenious marketing ploy because it is actually a simple whole wheat pasta made from 75% durum wheat semolina with ONLY 25% Venere rice flour, so the name is definitely misleading. I bought it and tested it for taste; for me it does NOT pass the "novelty" test and for those like me who have been eating whole wheat pasta for more than 15 years, it tastes like a simple whole wheat pasta and rice flour, not even a trace in the taste. They should have made it ALL from Venere rice flour and this would have been the real novelty for Italy.
