Alberto Bollini, allenatore delle nazionali giovanili italiane di calcio, affronta l'importanza di porsi nei confronti dei giovani senza pregiudizi, cercando di comprendere il loro linguaggio e dimostrando interesse sincero nei loro confronti. In questo modo, mentre li allena e li guida, insegna loro a dare il meglio di sé a favore della squadra. Alberto Bollini, coach of Italy's national youth soccer team, addresses the importance of relating to young people without prejudice, trying to understand their language and showing sincere interest in them. Alberto Bollini è stato allenatore nelle giovanili di diverse squadre, fino alla Primavera della Lazio, con la quale ha vinto due campionati italiani, poi di Sampdoria e Fiorentina. E' stato viceallenatore della prima squadra di Lazio e Atalanta, allenatore in prima di Lecce, Salernitana e Modena. Opinionista e commentatore tecnico alla Rai, ha svolto ruoli dirigenziali. E' ora tecnico del Club Italia, nel 2023 ha trionfato nell'Europeo con la nazionale Under 19 e allena la nazionale Under 20.
Alberto Bollini was the coach in several youth teams, including the team of Lazio, with which he won two Italian championships, of Sampdoria and Fiorentina, Deputy coach of Lazio and Atalanta, he was the coach of Lecce, Salernitana and Modena. Alberto has been a technical commentator at Rai and has held managerial roles. He is a member of the technical team of Club Italia and led the Under 19 national team to triumph in the European Championship in 2023 and he is the coach of the Under 20 team.
