Tonight marks Round 8 of the UKSimRacing (UKSR) GT3 League Season 16 as hosted on iRacing and brought to you by SimRacing International (SRi). We shall be bringing you all of the racing action which occurred on Sunday 16th November as if it were live!

In this round the iconic figure-of-eight shaped Suzuka International Racing Course plays host. With 17 corners and several long straights contained within its 3.6 mile length, there is plenty to love for both driver and spectator alike, making it a perfect venue for GT3 racing!

In the ELITE class, Joe Nathan returned to winning ways at Interlagos following an incredibly close-run race between him and his championship rival Richard Simnor. It came down tenths of a second in the end, and could do so again tonight, with Simnor now only leading by 10 points!

In the PRO class, a difficult round for Mikey Storey saw him take ninth and with it his lead reduced to 64 points over Christian Malcharek. Meanwhile, Storey’s Dexterous Motorsports teammate Matt Hoyland took a surprise victory. Will there be even more surprises tonight?

In the PREMIER class, Hendrik Zielke and Ricardo Luiz Pereira continue close the distance to leader Samuel Clarke, with the latter buoyant after securing his second win of the season. 40 points now separates the trio; can Clarke find a way to increase the gap to his rivals?

In the EVO class, Edward Berry has returned to the top by eight points over Simon Hartley after finishing ahead of him on the podium last week. However, all eyes will be on Jordan Jones who stood on the top step in a class where the competition is only getting tighter!
