Chicken Thigh Smash Burgers Hack! As Good As Ground Beef! Skin-On Ground Chicken!

What happens with you make smashed burgers from chicken thighs ground (minced) with the skin on? Magic! That's what happens! I'm not a fan of ground turkey or chicken patties, but this changed my mind. Ground chicken can be just as good as beef! Using the rich flavored thigh meat with the skin on is a game changer. Juicy, with crispy bits of fried skin in the surface and edges! As good as any beef patty I have ever had!
