🙏 Class Description:
This is a 45 min hatha yoga class for intermediate level students. It´s a little different to my usual vinyasa/hatha flows, as we are excluding any postures where you would be bearing weight on your hands and/or wrists. So, expect a lot of standing asanas and some different transitions/flows.

Change of perspective. Instead of looking outwards, looking inwards – reviewing expectations (one´s own and those of others) – discovering what matters most in life.
Self-love. Accepting oneself – getting in touch with one´s own life-themes – developing a loving attitude towards oneself and others.
