HOW TO:

Heat oven to 200 degrees

Butter, unsalted. I used 2 pounds
Arrange butter in an oven proof dish

Put your butter in the 200 degree oven until all the butter melts.

Remove from oven and skim white impurities from the top.
Chill in the fridge overnight, covered tightly.

In the, am pull your pan of solidified butter and drain the milk proteins.
I put a hole in one corner of the butter and drain.

Gently warm the butter and pour into your infuser. Add your decarb bud and set your machine for butter.

If you don’t use machines, you are on your own! Kidding! I'm always happy to answer any questions.

You can leave the product in your equipment overnight to make the butter stronger.

Strain the butter any way that suits you best. The Infuzium 420 comes with a filter device.
I used coffee filters plus cheese cloth.

Decant into stick molds. I find that's easiest to measure. You can substitute infused butter for plain butter in all your recipes. Enjoy!

I do store my special butter in a tightly closed glass container in the fridge.
