Conclusions.
1.opening was played awfully by black no development and you could have pressed more aggressively and punish such play with f4-f5 ideas early on
2. but you won a pawn instead which was also nice
3.Nd2 - was first mistake, remember retreats are most of the time bad moves in open games, unless specific maneuvers happen, cause your N was so good on e4 no reason to retreat
4. Qg4 was a mistake missing f5 on several occasions, remember dev is temporary edge, we have to strike before it disappears.
5. opp took over the game because of this hesitation, but you complicated which is good, but it was not enough in this game.
