Conclusions.
1.opening went ok, maybe check if you wanna switch move order and go for scotch from 4Ns
2. instead of old-school 5.Be3 check 5.Nb3 theory, maybe you'll like that variation more
3. you played the middlegame and position was around equal but your dubious 19.g3 and then mistake 20.f5 made it worse
4. after you lost 2 pawns the position was just lost, opp played surprisingly good for this level I'm a bit even suspect cause of the 37..Re5 move
Main takeaway - if you don't know what to do sit on the position and improve the pieces, don't make weaknesses by randomly pushing pawns
