Anyone looking into a thorough literature-based English curriculum for their second grader? Hewitt Homeschooling's Lightning Literature may be just what you need! The curriculum combines the study of classic and contemporary literature with grammar and writing exercises. We used Grades 1 and 3 last year and loved it, so we've continued using it as the core Language Arts curriculum for 2 of our kids during the 2020-2021 school year.
