While being on on a nature hike with his prospective disciples Master Wang decided to give them a serious meditation lesson. This beautiful place gave his disciples the chance to benefit from the qi of the location, the moment and the honour to learn from Master Wang in a setting like this. This video shows: dong gong the moving meditation like in qigong, daoyin the direction of qi, tuna the special daoist breath control for qi development and fali the exploding energies for leading qi, controling qi and opening qi vessels the meridians, transfrom the qi and also to send out surplus qi.
