Well, what else can I say about these amazing weeks in Sicily. The first thing maybe, that I have to say: Thank you! Thanks to all the lovely people that came to dive into a vast world of challenging wudang complexity. You all did a great job and more and more I see, that it is possible to teach Wudang Kungfu in a holistic way.

Next thing I want to say is: I'll be back! For sure! Rough schedule for the next time is: May 2019.

In the video you see us training inside the broad arms of a fake pepper tree / doing qigong inside and outside / taking our shoes off to soak up the yin qi from the earth / playing around with speed, structure, intention, exploding energies / force and so much more / there are total beginners as well as quite advanced students.
