Stretch your hips and release tension in the lower back. This 45-minute Yin Yoga class is designed to gently and deeply release tension in the hips.
Through long-held, supported postures, we target the outer hips, inner hips, hip flexors and inner thighs, inviting both physical and energetic release.
This practice is slow, grounding and introspective — ideal if you experience tight hips, stiffness from sitting, emotional holding, or simply need to slow down and soften.
