Southeast Wisconsin recently had a bad round of Flash flooding, with 12 inches of rain coming down in an hour in some places. This led to all sorts of basement and even some first floor flooding, and even in the absolute worst parts, some people’s houses got shifted off of the foundations. so most of the cities in Milwaukee County, and right outside of it, got it the worst and have been doing cleanups to get all of the bulk out of the streets and alleys. The city of Milwaukee solution has been a couple of different ones depending on the area, with the areas that got the absolute heaviest having rolloff boxes and dump trucks and areas that were a little less bad getting this service, garbage trucks, and a claw to load stuff into the rear loader. This is pretty interesting operation to watch, and the claw is great to grab the stuff, especially when there is just a giant pile of garbage on the curb or alley area, I got some footage of more of a pile of just random junk that will be put up in a later video. there was another truck in the background here, a CCC leach that I will have a video of eventually. huge thanks to these guys for letting me film and God bless all of the hard-working people who have been cleaning up the Milwaukee metropolitan area over the last couple of weeks.
