Working through all the key joints of the body in a clam, steady follow long session. I recommned you do this session at least three times a week for a minimum of 10 weeks to see and feel the benefits of this chair based Pilates practice. At the end of this video you will also see my recommendations for other chair based Pilates sessions you can do to build your strength.
