Our next meeting is scheduled for Thursday November 13 th (Thirteenth) at 4:00 P.M. in the 2nd Floor Meeting Room of the Courthouse. The meeting will have the following agenda;

Call to Order
Approve Agenda
Review and Approval of Last Meeting’s Minutes

Request by The Towers LLC for a conditional use permit to construct a 290 foot self-
supporting cellular communication tower on the property at:
NE of the NE of Section 4, Township 72, Range 6 west. (1625 Highway 218.)

Request by Union Electric Company for a conditional use permit to construct a 5-position
345kV substation, to be owned by Ameren, and also a 69KV substation, to be owned
jointly by Ameren and Mt. Pleasant Municipal Utilities. on the property at:
Parcel 2014-006 in the East half of the NW and the West half of the NE and the
Northwest 12.50 acres of the West half of the NE all in Section 2, Township 71, Range 7
west. (1400 Grid of Old Hwy 34 north side)
