In this video, I'm talking about the number of partners you need to involve in your collaborative research projects in order to succeed.
Is the more the better? Or would you be fine with just one collaboration team? I talking about this topic based on some research done by Sebastian Kobarga, Jutta Stumpf-Wollersheim, and Isabell M. Welpe that they described in their paper “More is not always better: Effects of collaboration breadth and depth on radical and incremental innovation performance at the project level” and my own professional experience with managing collaborative innovation projects.
What is your take on this topic? Please feel free to share your experience.
