Ingredients:
Pastry Crust:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup icing sugar/confectionery sugar
2 cups all purpose flour
1 egg lightly beaten
1/4 tsp salt
Custard Filling:
2 egg yolks
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
125 ml heavy whipping cream
250ml whole milk
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 bottle macapuno (coconut sport)
