Hi guys today I will be sharing my version of yema tart its really easy to make and really delicious
for the dough
100 g of butter
200 g of plain flour
60 g icing sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp of salt
1 egg
For the Yema
1 can of condensed milk
1/4 cup of evaporated milk
3 eggyolks
1/2 tsp of lemon rind
2 tsp of cornflour or corn starch
1 1/2 tbsp of water
1 1/2 tbsp of butter
optional peanuts
