For Sausage Pie Recipe preheat oven 180c
6 Sausages
1 1/2 sliced red onions
2 cloves garlic
big pinch Thyme
big pinch Rosemary
12 fl hot beef stock
add more boiling water if you'd like your gravy thinner
1/2 tsp chili flakes
black pepper and salt to taste
2 Tbps plain flour
2 Tbps Butter
1 Tbps Worcestershire sauce
Topping
900g Potatoes
2 Tbps Butter
Salt and Pepper to Taste
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
2 big handfuls of cheese
and more cheese sprinkled on top.
