2 Nights Cooking, Fishing, and Camping in the Rain

Buck and I head out for a 2 night trip to Smith Lake - We camp in the rain, fish, cook, and eat. We get visited by a herd of curious deer on the second evening. When packing food for this trip, I wanted to bring some things hat I could use in different ways for different meals. The hash-browns and sausage are a great example of that.
