In this video I show a sample upper body push workout for chest, shoulders, and triceps using only the Ironmaster 2000 / IM 2000.
This is Part 2 in what will be a 3 Part Series. In Part 1, I showed a sample upper body pull workout. Part 3 will be a lower body workout to conclude the series.
My system of training is low volume, high intensity, and high frequency which is largely inspired by Dante Trudel’s DC Training Program.
