Cataplana is a very famous dish in Portugal and is originally from the south of Portugal, from the Algarve region where you can find the best Portuguese seafood! This time I made a monkfish cataplana which is the perfect fish to make this dish!
Inngredient list:
1 monkfish fillet
About 200 g of shrimp
300 g of cockles or clams
300 g of mussels
1 red pepper
1 or 2 sliced onions
1/2 laminated chorizo
2 or 3 sweet potatoes
2 garlic cloves
Coriander
