In 2023 I radically cut our grocery budget to $200 a month for our family of four. Given the fact that we have two always-hungry teen boys, this was a tall order, indeed. Feeding the family on a tight budget can be very challenging. That's why, in this video we tell you the most important habits that we regularly used to spend no more than $200 a month on food.
