3 Instant Pot Recipes for the Egg Bites Mold

Hey guys! Today I am sharing 3 different recipes in the Instant Pot using the Egg Bites Mold, a breakfast, lunch and dinner. I have tried a couple different pancake bites recipes and have yet to find the perfect combo. I wanted to share exactly how these recipes turn out without "plating" them to look pretty. I hope you enjoy!

Pancake Bites
Combine 1 cup pancake mix of choice, 1 cup water, 1/2 cup blueberries and 2 tbsp of brown sugar together. Pour batter into each hole in your egg mold. Cover mold with foil and set in pot on trivet. Make sure you have 1 cup of water inside pot. Cook on high pressure for 8 minutes. Allow to naturally release for 5 minutes.

Corndog Bites
Mix cornbread as directed. Fill egg bite molds half way. Add a piece of hotdog to each hole. Pour remaining cornbread mix in, covering the piece of hotdog. Cover mold with foil. Place on top of trivet with 1 cup of water in pot. Cook on high pressure for 20 minutes. Let stem release naturally for 10 minutes.

Mini Meatloaves
Mix together meatloaf ingredients as desired. Fill each hole in egg bites mold. Cover with foil. Place on trivet with 1 cup of water in pot. Cook on high pressure for 25 minutes. Do a quick release.
