Instructor Lee Seong-hwa's warm-up exercise (cityforestival)

On June 1, 2019, City Forestival 2019 was held at Paradise City on Yeongjong Island, Incheon.

The third edition of "City Forestival," hosted by JTBC PLUS, was designed to offer a holistic experience of the city, forest, and festival. Participants were able to experience trendy workout programs like yoga, hip hop, balance cycling, electro boxing, and Strong by Zumba, all under the supervision of star trainers. This event was well-received by participants.

The third edition featured new programs like rhythmic gymnastics, Strong by Zumba, and jiu-jitsu, and featured participation from celebrities such as former national rhythmic gymnast Son Yeon-jae, Brian of Fly to the Sky, choreographer May J. Lee, and fitness YouTuber Malwang TV.
