Going from a regular sized kitchen in a house to something that looks like a large kitchen for dolls can be quite a challenge. It's amazing how much space we use when we cook!
We found that the Instant Pot was a game changer for how we cook and the amount of mess we make in the RV.
Ingredients:
1.5 cups beef broth
1 cup water
1 cup milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
16 ounces of egg noodles
fully cooked meatballs
fresh mushrooms if you like
Recipe:
Add milk, water, broth and cream of mushroom to the Instant Pot
Add the egg noodles
-Layer meatballs
-add fresh mushrooms
-set Instant Pot to Manual for 12 minutes
-Quick release steam and enjoy
