:- ingredients.

Chana masala.

50" gr' soaking Chana dal.
Soaking for 2 ' hours.
Keep it a side.

Pan on stove.
Add the 2 Tbls of oil.
Add the 3" green chillies.
3" chopped onions.
Roast well.
1" Tbls ' of ginger garlic paste.
Mix well.
Roast well.
Add the soaking chana dal.
3" chopped tomatoes.
1" Tbls ' of salt.
1/2" Tbls ' turmeric powder.
Mix well.
Saute for 4-6" minutes.
1" Tbls ' of coriander powder.
1/2" Tbls ' garam masala.
1-1/2" Tbls ' red chilli powder.
Mix well.
Saute for 2-3" minutes.
Add the 1 glass of water.
Add the salt to taste.
Mix well.
Cook for 6-8" minutes.
Add the coriander leaves.
Mix well.
Chana masala is a ready.
