Indepedent candidate Erick Wekesa has thanked the people of Chwele/Kabuchai ward for electing him as the next MCA in the just concluded by-election.
The MCA, who was flagged by area MP Majimbo Kalasinga and former Bungoma Governor Whycliffe Wangamati, delivered a moving speech saying he had forviven all those who attempted to harm is campaign process.
Area MP, who defied his party to campaign for him also said he had forgiven those who destroyed his property during the campaigns.
Incidences of hooliganism were widely reported during the campaign period.
